Problems

Why does my window make noise?

Whistling in strong wind often points to airtightness. Rattling can come from hardware or a panel that is not seated. Street noise mainly goes through thin glass or poor airtightness.

Options

Adjustment and seals first; then higher-performance / triple glazing and careful install if traffic noise is the real issue.
