Each product follows its manufacturer’s warranty. Our installation is guaranteed for 10 years. Dumoulin remains your first call: straightforward follow-up, and we pass it to the manufacturer when it is a product defect.
ABRiTEK warranty (residential)
ABRiTEK offers a clear warranty, with no depreciation, among the most complete on the Quebec market. Maximum durations depend on the component and the conditions in the official PDF.

Beyond manufacturer warranties, we guarantee our installation for 10 years. Install issue? You call us — we handle it.
Dumoulin’s role
Our job is your satisfaction — at installation and in the years that follow. You call us first, not an anonymous 1-800 line: install, sealed unit, hardware, an issue after eight years. We handle the file, we’ll come take a look if needed, and if the manufacturer needs to step in, we pass it on with the right numbers. Shipping damage or a visible defect on delivery — we prefer to know right away — it’s simpler to resolve — but that does not end our follow-up.
