How does a window warranty work?

The manufacturer warranty generally covers the sealed unit, frame, finish and certain components per the brand’s published term. The installation warranty covers install quality (with us, 10 years).

If something goes wrong

Contact us first. We’ll figure out whether it’s a product or installation issue, then handle the claim so you’re not bounced between parties.
