Why are some rooms colder than others?

A north bedroom with large older windows will be colder than a well-sealed south living room. Add an undersized radiator or a closed interior door, and the gap widens.

Feel for drafts, look at condensation, check the heat. Often, replacing the weakest openings in the cold room already makes a big difference.
