When do you really need to replace your windows?

You mainly replace when comfort or energy become a real issue: drafts, frequent indoor condensation, frames that warp, tired hardware, or sealed units fogged between the panes.

Replace now… or wait

A window that is still airtight and comfortable can wait. A failed sealed unit, hardware that no longer closes well, and an older window (15–20 years+): that is when replacement pays more than a temporary “patch.”

What we look at together

Condition of the openings, the home’s style, glazing (double or triple), and possible support such as Rénoclimat if ENERGY STAR® products apply. A visit to take measurements lets us price it clearly.
