What is included in a window quote?

A clear quote lists the openings, models, glazing, colours/options, and states whether installation is included. It also states what is not included.

Included with us (when installation is on the quote)

Supply of products, removal of old windows as agreed, installation by our crew, interior finish, insulating and filling the gaps, and exterior finish, caulking and hardware adjustments. We do not charge extra for a door or window sill with surface rot. We show you the problem and replace it at no charge. *If major work is required, we discuss it.

Often worth clarifying

Rotten wood repairs, enlargements, difficult access, or electrical work around an opening. Better to ask before you sign.
